When I calle Agape I had already reviewd and contacted several carriers. Agape's customer service and sales departments were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions completely. When I made the decision to give Agape my order, the order was taken efficiently and my fees and committments were clearly spelled out. Since I had a very short time interval for my pick-up scheduling I was concerned about communications with the carrier. Agape customer service manged these communications needs completely. I was informed of dates and times and was assurred that the schedules were well in effect and the carrier was committed to the schedule as well. The pick-up and delivery occurred as planned. The carrier was coouteous and on time. The vehicle was in perfect shape. Thanks Agape.
