I have had a couple of bad car shipping experiences and so far, this was the best in terms of price and service. For example, before Agape Auto Transport, I used American Auto Transport and I had a horrible experience. The driver called two hours before he arrived at the site, instead of a day or two, which should be a standard because people have lives too. When the pick up time was schedule, they did not show up, accused me of not having the key, and charged me $121.
Things went much smoother with Agape Auto Transport. The service person, Christy, was very professional and knowledgeable. They even gave an estimated time frame of the pickup, which was unheard of for American Auto Transport.
On top of that, the price was reasonable. I have had quotes up to $1,000. Agape charged me $735, a great price for amazing service. There was no damage whatsoever on the car, which may seem like a given but my friend who also shipped his car was damaged by a different car company.
There was really nothing much to criticize. The truck did come a day late, but it's within acceptable range. I would definitely recommend Agape Auto Transport for any car shipping needs and will use their services again should I require to ship my car in the future. :)
