AGAPE TRANSPORT WAS PROFESSIONA AT THE BEGINNING. I GET E-MAILS REGARDING THE CONTRACT,
DATE NOTIFICATION, CARRIER INFORMAION, ETC.

hOWEVER, THE CARRIER, SAFE WAY AUTO TRANSPORT , WAS SLOW IN DELIVERY OF CAR.

THE CARRIER INFORM US THAT IT SHOULD BE THERE IN 8 DAYS ANDTHEY WERE 3 DAYS LATE.

THE DELIVERY DATE WAS SPECIFIED ON THE CONTRACT.

WE CONTACTED AGAPE REGARDING LATE DELIVERY AND THEY MADE NO EFFORT TO
CONTACT CARRIER. i FELT THAT BECAUSE AGAPE WAS THE AGENT RESPONSIBLE FOR
COMPLETING THE DELIVERY, THEY SHOULD CHECK THIS OUT FOR US. WE WERE CONCERN
ABOUT THE VEHICLE'S SAFETY.

Mr. Fong, thank you so much for your feedback. We understand that you were upset about the delivery being a 3 days after the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, the driver had some mechanical delays that were unavoidable. This is why we clearly state that all dates are estimated. However, the carriers do their very best to meet these dates and most of the time do without incident. We did contact the carrier, got an update for you and contacted you with a status of the driver. We wish you the very best and your family the very best.
