We understand that Mr. Ray Cooke is upset and we are very sorry about that. We were very up front with him as too the average pickup time frame, but that sometimes it can take a little longer. He called on Dec. 30th and asked if we thought it would be picked up by the end of the week and we were very honest with him and said it was looking like we may not be able to get it picked up by the end of the week. He thanked us for our honesty and asked that we do whatever we could to get it scheduled. Before the end of the week we were able to find a carrier that could transport his vehicle but this carrier needed a little bit more money for this transport. We explained this to Mr. Cooke, as he indicated in his review, and he told us to "please" proceed.
Mr. Cooke never told us he needed his transport expedited nor did he tell us until much later that he was paying storage fees. We had no clue he was paying $60 a day. Had we known is circumstances at the time his order was placed, would would have suggested he have this expedited.
We are always honest and completely upfront with our customers. We are sorry to hear that Mr. Cooke feels otherwise. We wish him the very best in his future endeavors.
