I am very pleased with Agape and with the carrier, MKC Enterprises, and would recommend both companies to anyone who wants to transport a vehicle.

Christie at Agape was pleasant and helpful, and allayed my fears about using a transport company to move my vehicle. The price of transport was very reasonable. Mark of MKC (the carrier) was good humored, professional, and still smiling when he delivered the car in Washington state. I say this because after picking my car up in North Carolina, he had a major break down on a two lane mountain road about 250 miles from Reno, Nevada - in other words, he broke down in the middle of nowhere. After securing a tow to Reno (not so easy given he had a car transport trailer attached to the truck) , he had to wait for service because the repair shop closed for the weekend. Mark had to have the entire engine rebuilt, and still managed to deliver my car only 6 days after the original due date. Mark called to update me whenever he had news, made sure I had his cell phone number every time he called, and kept me informed about what was going on. The communication was great - I was never nervous because I was kept in the loop.

To me, the test of a great company is how they handle problems. Everyone looks good until something goes wrong. In spite of major difficulties, MKC came through with flying colors. I would use these two companies again in a heartbeat.
