Avoid this company. Car took 11 days to delivery with Agape and Next Generation Auto Transport, was driven 200 miles with gas tank empty on delivery, and receipt was on Super 8 motel paper!!! AVOID!!

Every once in awhile we have a customer that completely fabricates his experience. One would think we would be use to this, but we are always so surprised when someone will just flat out lie. Seth Bordenstein of Goodlettsville, TN is very upset because the carrier ran into some mechanical delays. The driver kept Seth and his wife informed of the delay. They were very unhappy because this was an inconvenience for them. We and the carrier completely understand his frustration, but the carrier could not have foreseen that his truck was going to breakdown. This is why transport dates are estimated. Seth demanded a receipt on pickup even though the driver tried to explain that he gives receipts when the car is delivered and paid for. Seth would not accept this, so the driver wrote him something up on stationary from a hotel. The driver was trying to be accommodating to the customer. We are very sorry that it took longer than expected for Seths vehicle to be delivered. This is not the norm but the exception. The carrier did their best to keep him informed as did we. As for the 200 miles, the carrier completely denies that this vehicle was driven. The mileage was not indicated on the bill of lading by the customer on pickup or delivery.
