We do our very best to always inform our customers of the status of their orders. We emailed you several times with the status of your order and we felt we had great communication with you regarding the transport of your vehicle. We are very sorry you feel that you had to call us to figure out what was going on. Pyramid Transport went to pickup your vehicle and it was packed full of items inside the vehicle. We specifically state in our terms and conditions that this is not allowed because the carriers are weight sensitive and can be ticketed at weigh stations for having things in the vehicles on the carrier. Pyramid gave you the option of taking the items out or paying a fee of $150 for them to haul the items. The items you shipped in the vehicle would have cost you a lot more to ship ups or fedex. I hope you understand they were only trying to help you out, but it does cost them a lot more gas for the extra weight on the carrier.
