We are very sorry that we were unable to assign a carrier to pickup Mr. Scott Anderson’s vehicle as quickly as he needed. During the spring and early summer months, there is a very high volume of vehicles being moved out of Florida up the East Coast. We did explain this to Scott and he seemed to understand. We did sincerely apologize to Scott for the delay; however, he needed to cancel his order and make other arrangements. We did refund his deposit immediately. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused Mr. Anderson.
