After reviewing several auto transport companies, I selected Agape because of their high rating and competitive pricing. I am glad that I dealt with such a reputable company. Some other quotes were a bit lower than Agape's, but most were higher--some even as much as $230 more. After hearing stories about bad experiences with some transport companies, I decided that ease and peace of mind were important enough to me to pay a little extra while not getting gouged.
Because I had no prior experience with transporting an auto, I relied on Joyce to explain the process to me, which she did very completely. (100) She explained that there might be some delay in picking up the car because the person who was releasing it was available only on certain days. This was OK with me; I did not need the car immediately. Yet, it did not take long for her to find a driver who could work with the situation. The car arrived very on the day she said it would, which was only five days after it left California. The transport driver (from GSI Carriers) was extremely polite and helpful. He had to jump the car to start it and did not charge me extra for this service. He even instructed me about the shift configuration and gave me tips about driving a stick, something I had not done in over thirty-five years! Overall, the whole transaction was smooth with no unforseen problems. I would definitely use Agape and their carriers again.
