Contract completed 11 days ago...no sign of when it will be pick-up, still waiting.

I contacted AGAPE because of the great reviews and the good service I received the first time I used the company. Unfortunately, the second time has been poor. My contract was completed 11 days ago, with the earliest pick-up set for 9 days ago and I have had no movement to pick-up my car yet.

Even worse, AGAPE can give my no idea of when it will be picked up or delivered. I could be many more weeks away from having a car. AGAPE is now suggesting I may have to pay more to get in moved, but never calls me back regarding how much or when. I call every few days to but get no information other than "the dispatch departement is working on it".

While they are alway nice on the phone, I get no information about when may car might be picked-up or when I will see it. No information on how many weeks I may have to wait to get it picked up or additional weeks before it will be delivered. I feel I am getting no where...

I will update this review as the process continues.

It is very unfortunate that Mr. O'Grady felt the need to give us a negative review "9" days into his order. His first available date was May 5th. We explained to him at the time of his order that it would more than likely take up to 10 days to get his vehicle picked up, maybe even longer, because of the location he is going to: Jericho, VT 05465. Mr. O'Grady even called us and asked us to find out what it would take to get it picked up faster; he was willing to pay more. Again, he asked us about paying more not the other way around. Sometimes when a customer is going to a very remote area, it calls for a little patience.
