We paid extra to ensure timely pick-up and door-to-door service. We probably did not need to pay the additional cost, but I can confirm that we got what we paid for except that the pick-up was not exactly door-to-door due to the truck size. We met the driver at an agreed-to time within a couple of miles from our location, and it was dropped-off at an agreed-to time in a commercial shopping center that had plenty of available parking. We were pleasantly surprised that the car arrived so quickly. The driver was very customer-service oriented and he took excellent care of the car.
