Process was great! The only complaint I had was that the office was closed on the Friday after I placed my order. There was no message that indicated they were closed and I called mutliple times. The system placed me on hold for 18+ minutes without telling me the office was closed. Other than that, customer service was great. Pick up was earlier than expected. Car arrived in great condition. It was dirty because of the rain, but no damage.
