We appreciate your feedback Martin. We send out the dispatch notification as soon as we complete it. So you should have received that to your email as soon as the dispatch process was complete. I know that we did contact the seller to confirm the dispatch time was going to work for them before we actually dispatched it so maybe he contacted you before you received the dispatch email. Thank you for your feedback on the carrier also. The carrier we assigned has a 100% rating in this industry so we followed up to see what happen with your van. They do not inspect inside the hood for any problems with the parts under it. It could be because the van is a 1970's vw it was very possible that the battery wasn't secured tightly by the seller, or that he even knew about it. They also said that the mirror was not there when they picked up the vehicle from the seller. Thank you so much for your business. We look forward to working with you again soon!
