Xiaorong, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are always happy to hear feedback from our customers. When you placed the order, you went with the Preferred Shipping, which guarantees the vehicle to be assigned within 3 business days. Unfortunately, during the time of your transport, New Years Day occurred (this does not count as a business day, as it is a National Holiday.) The vehicle was picked up on the 4th business day from your first available date. Unfortunately the holiday caused the carrier to be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have occurred. Thank you again for the opportunity to assist you with your transport needs.
