NC to TX vehicle transport

I was told I would be kept informed about my pick up delievery throughout this process by email. I never received those emails. Aparently those emails went to the person I bought the vehicle from. When I called for updates, I received voicemail or no answer all but one time. Communication was very poor. Delivery did happen over about a weeks time(average) from time hired. Vehicle was filthy when delivered.(seller sent detailed) Overall the transport did happen. Agape transport for me was an average transport company that really did nothing to shine above most any other average transport company.
Suggestions-Firstly- Keep your word to the "real customer" and communicate with them as promised when hired, as expected. I felt ignored and was unaware of the when/where of my vehicle pickup & transport. Secondly- The driver should take time to be sure vehicles transported are clean for the customer delivered to.

We send customers several throughout the transport, including pickup and delivery notifications. JD, this order was placed on 11/30 with that date as the first available date. The vehicle was picked up on 12/3, the first business day and delivered in 2 days, on 12/5. The typical transport time from NC to TX is 5-7 days. The carrier that transported this vehicle used team drivers, causing the delivery time to be expedited. For customers looking to transport a vehicle: Please note that when an open carrier is used to transport any vehicle, it is likely that the vehicle will arrive to its destination with dust, dirt, and/or water marks. Vehicles on open carriers are exposed to elements, including weather and road dust. Enclosed carrier are available to transport the vehicle in a carrier that protects vehicles from these elements.
