Agape fought for me until I was indemnified

Before I begin, let me add that I would avoid using FJ Texas Transport at ALL costs.

I will also add that the reason for this transport was because I was moving to another city.

The carrier that was assigned to me (FJ Texas Transport) backed their trailer into the rear bumper of my vehicle during the loading process. When the driver got out of the vehicle, I immediately pointed it out to him, we both acknowledged what had happened and then I took pictures of the bumper and the damage done to it for insurance purposes. The car was loaded, transported and then dropped off.

After the vehicle was dropped off, Agape provided FJ Texas Transport's insurance information to me so I could file a claim on their insurance.

Once FJ Texas Transport got wind of this, I received a voicemail from them asking me what my deal is. FJ Texas Transport was accusing me of lying about what happened, that he never backed his trailer into my vehicle and that I was trying to "work" him so that I can get a free paint job for my Camaro.

FJ Texas Transport's insurance company came out and completed what they needed to complete for the claim process. Because my claim amount was less than FJ Texas Transport's deductible, I had to deal directly with FJ Texas Transport.

I called FJ Texas Transport to get the ball rolling and was not satisfied at the end of the conversation. I felt that what I was told was the nice way of saying, "I am not going to pay you."

I called Agape Auto Transport back and brought them up to speed on the situation. Let me tell you, I don't know what was said to FJ Texas Transport, but Agape sure put FJ Texas Transport's feet to the fire. I received a call from FJ Texas Transport to confirm my address so that they can mail a money order to me. The money order has been received.

In conclusion, the transport experience may have went less than stellar, but Agape was there with me until the very end and until I was satisfied. And for that, I am very appreciative. The customer service experience that I received from Agape Auto Transport was EXCELLENT!

In this rare event, we are here for our customers throughout this process. We have spoken with this carrier and will not be using them again for transports.
