In trying to find a reputable and cost-efficient auto transportation company, I contacted Agape Auto Transport due to their A-Rating standing on Angie’s List. Their rates were comparable to others from whom I received quotes. Others, however, were lacking in professionalism where either they took too long to contact me back or their quotes were questionable. Having decided to take a chance with Agape Auto Transport, it was nothing but smooth sailing from my first contact with them. Cali was wonderful, professional and responded via email within an hour or two; I never had to hunt her down or wonder if I’d get a reply to my email. She also communicated with me intermittently while I was waiting to be placed with a driver. Once a driver was found (White Hawks Auto, LLC) and scheduled she followed up with me before, during and after the pickup of my vehicle. Loui, the driver was also extremely professional. He called hours in advance to ensure I’d be ready for the pickup.

Now, my situation was a little different than most because I had two challenges. First, I wasn’t the one receiving the vehicle on the delivery end. Second, the battery in the vehicle was nearly dead. I informed Loui, the driver, of both issues, which he handled well. The driver not only delivered the car two days ahead of delivery date, but also contacted the receiving party and ensured they were available. The driver also started the engine of my vehicle every morning allowing it to run 15-20 minutes to keep the battery charged. Upon delivery, the engine started right up, and the vehicle did not incur any damage.

The next time I need to transport a vehicle, Agape Auto Transport is whom I’m calling; and will specifically ask for Loui (the driver) from White Hawks Auto to handle the job.
