Because I was new to shipping cars I originally booked to have the Jeep picked up a lot earlier anticipating a long wait before pick up..They scheduled the pickup very next day..great service....So I had to reschedule and pay a $50 fee for doing so because I didn't need the Jeep out there 10 days before I arrived..I didn't realize it would happen that quickly..they did get it picked up within 10 days and arrived to Burbank safely in 7 days. Our Jeep arrived on time when I needed for it to get there so we were very happy with the service. It was my bad for scheduling too early.. Anyway, thanks for the great service and I will definitely use them again!!! Truck driver was awesome too...I can't remember his name but he was great to work with as well as his wife, his dispatcher!!
