I contacted Agape because of the good reviews that were posted on this site. From the initial contact to the last, I always received prompt attention and every one of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Candy (the service rep at Agape) was great. The vehicle was picked up on time, and it arrived in Hawaii before the "drop dead" date I had specified, so I was able to go directly from the airport to the dock when I arrived. The people on this end were courteous and attentive. The car was pretty dirty, but otherwise in excellent condition (this is the ONLY time this car has EVER been out of my sight, so I was pretty nervous about it). I was happy to see it again, and to note that there were no problems. Although I didn't like all of the disclaimers you have to sign when you are agreeing to have your vehicle shipped (those freaked me out), I would have to say that was the only negative thing about the whole experience. All in all, I would rate the service Excellent, and if I ever move back to the mainland, I will use this company again without any hesitation.
