Unfortunately you had not even let us know about this damage at all. We are in the process of investigating the situation. We are thankful that you give high ratings on the service we provided you and our company Agape. We only assign the top carriers in the industry. And that is how we keep our great ratings. We will call you to handle this situation and your requests on this review. It would have been much more fair to give us the opportunity to handle this situation by calling us and letting us know about the situation instead of letting us know through this posting board. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to transport your vehicle. We greatly appreciate it.
