Vehicle was not damaged at all. Turn around time was great. For some reason, the location we provided was easily accessable via map quest. However we had the driver call us for directions to the location and then drop it at the wrong spot. When we went there to meet him we had to drive it ourselves to the final destination. Would to have liked to know in advance that the driver would rely solely on our directions prior to.

This vehicle was picked up the day after it was available. The vehicle was delivered in one day after it was picked up. We don't understand why we would receive a low rating just because the driver got lost. Some times the customer may have to give the driver a little help if they are not familar with the area. We're sorry you felt like the service wasn't satisfactory. There isn't anything else we could have done differently.
