My first auto shipping experience

This whole process was quite an education for me. It took me weeks of research and reading reviews to finally decide on a company, and I decided to go with Agape based on the excellent customer reviews and satisfaction ratings that they have received, their history with the BBB and their rating with that organization and most importantly, the number of complaints against them - which was ZERO, by the way !! :-) Two other factors also helped in the decision-making process: 1. There were no high-pressure sales tactics - they sent the quote, then left me alone to decide, unlike some other companies I contacted ! and 2. I really liked the fact that they are a Christian business, and advertise as such.
The quote I received was not the least expensive, nor was it the most expensive - it was a good, middle of the road price, which was also what I was looking for. Christi was wonderful, and very responsive to every question and concern that I had.
The carrier was a little late arriving, but arrived on the date promised, and was delayed a bit on the delivery end as well, and ended up delivering a day later than originally planned. That actually worked out better for me in the end, though, so it's not a complaint.
Though I was anxious from the start of the process to the end of it, overall, it was not a bad experience, and I would definitely use Agape again if I ever have another occasion to ship an automobile. I would recommend them highly.
