Rock Bottom Price Not Worth It

I scheduled and paid my deposit with Agape on July 27th. First available date for pickup was determined by Agape to be August 6th. I ideally wanted the truck to arrive in Maryland on the 16th of August. TEN DAYS LATER, on August 16th, I was given the option of possibly meeting a transport in a major city (3 hours round trip for me). I was told that dispatch was having a hard time finding a transport to come to my house. I had to wait 14 days from the 8/6 date (per my contract) to request my deposit back. In the meantime, I was in contact with other transport companies and they could see my truck on the national dispatch board and I was told that Agape had the price too low and my truck would never move. On August 22nd, I signed a contract with another five star, A Plus rated carrier, paid my deposit ONLY when the transport truck was ON THE WAY to my house (next day), and my truck was picked up on August 23rd AT MY HOUSE - one day after scheduling. And this only cost me $150.00 more - which would have been well worth it to have the truck in Maryland to my daughter, serving in the Navy, who needed it for moving purposes. My daughter has now been two weeks on the east coast without her transportion. Looking back, I wish I had not paid the rock bottom price. I feel that I was given a false sense from Agape that all would go smoothly. I felt that I was very proactive in scheduling so far in advance. I had no idea that my price was set too low. Agape, with thier transporting expertise, should have known this and made it known to me so that I could have paid a better price FROM THE BEGINNING. Other than that, the women in the office were kind and they answered the phones promptly. I had to mark down on honesty, because I feel that I was just put on the 'back burner' with my rock bottom price, and there was never any urgency to get my truck moved. All communication with Agape was initiated by me via phone and email.
