I am a very thorough person when it comes to any larger purchase. With moving my family across the country the same held true. I discovered transportreviews.com and called through the top 10 or so rated companies from over the past 2 years.
Several quotes I received were in the same ballpark, between $900 and $1050. Candie set Agape apart however through the time she took to explain the world of auto transport to me. I am the type of person who likes to understand the product I'm buying and Candie took the time to answer all my questions.
In contrast one broker I contacted answered the company's business phone merely with his first name - to the point that I had to ask if I had reached the correct business. The remainder of the conversation followed suit - with me pulling teeth to learn about the product, rather than this person trying to earn my business. This same broker repeated again and again that this route from CO to PA was not normal, would take at least 14 days to find a carrier to transport my car, and that the starting price should be $1050 or higher.
When I chose Agape and Candie, it was the next day I received confirmation that I had a carrier for my car. That is quite different from the 14 days of doom that her competition assured me I was up against. Her price held steady at $930, $1000 less than this other broker was suggesting we start the process at.
Overall I was extremely pleased with Agape and Candie's service. I had no reservations or qualms, and although this review is not for the carrier, the same level of peace of mind and professionalism continued with the trucking company that actually moved my car.
