Be advised that Agape is just the broker. You are at the mercy of the transporter. We paid extra to expedite the pick up and delivery. We were given a time window for pick up on our designated day of between noon and one. Actual pick up was at 4:30pm. Car to be delivered on July 29th. Actual delivery did not occur until 7/31. I realize that things happen but the transporter made no effort to maintain contact with us prior to pickup (being late) or prior to drop off. We made many calls to all of the available numbers trying to narrow down a time frame. Our daughter was trying to juggle receiving the car and getting to work. When the transporter called me, at 7am on the 29th, he told me that she needed to take delivery or we would have to pay extra to store the vehicle. She was available the entire day. Then the vehicle was not actually available for delivery until the 31st. At no time did anyone offer to refund the extra paid for expediated delivery. The people at Agape were very responsive and pleasant but, when the time comes to transport the vehicle back here, we will not be using them. If the time frame is that flexible I do not recommend paying the extra money for expedited delivery. What is the point?

First we want to apologize that Mrs. Manske feels this way about her experience. However, we do feel that this review is unfair. Agape is a broker yes, and we use only the highest rated carriers in the industry. We inform customers of this on our website and in the terms and conditions contract. Agape works very closely with our carriers to provide the best experience for our customers. I will advise anyone who is reading this review that Agape does use estimated dates on DELIVERY. The Priority Rate Mrs Manske is talking about (when she mentions she paid extra) is for a guaranteed vehicle PICKUP in 1-3 business days. The delivery date is NEVER a guarantee and is only an estimate, as agreed on in the contract our customers sign. Although rare, the carriers can get delayed for several reasons including weather, traffic, and other customer delays. Please read your terms and condition contract before you book your order. We do a very good job in the terms and conditions contract of setting the expectations our customers should have before placing orders. We do not want any one misinformed, because we do not like unhappy customers or bad reviews like this one.
