I worked with Kelly at Agape. She was very nice to work with. The man who picked up my vehicle was very nice-they even picked up my car early. While my car did make it there before I absolutely had to have it, it did arrive later than I was told by the driver by nearly a week. When I called the carrier to see what the status was on my car, I got someone who had a very strong accent and didn't seem to understand what I was saying and I couldn't understand what she was saying. That was frustrating. My car arrived a few days after my phone call. It was received intact and without any issues. Overall, I would use Agape again.
