Was told 2 day delivery and it still hasn't been delivered and wont untill next week because UPS screwed up and miss loaded the freight shipment. Cost me over $4,000.00 in Labor costs for them to sill all day waiting for this shipment for 2 days. Called our rep to fix and told me "you will have to rent a truck, pick it up in PA and drive it to NYC your self if you want it there today to finish your job." REALLY!? WTF! That has got to be the worst customer service EVER! F this place ... never again. Should have used FedEx. DO NOT USE FREIGHT CENTER BECAUSE IT"S A PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT"S CUSTOMERS OR THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMERS. SITTING ON HOLD NOW TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND IT"S ALMOST BEEN AN HOUR NOW.
