Dear Mr. Pritchard, I thought we agreed since you were hesitant to give me your credit card information once the driver picked up the vehicle I would release the driver's information and send you all the details they were supposed to call you the day they signed the contract and then the day of or before for the window of pick up. However, I see you didn't like that, thought we agreed to do it that way since we both were at a crossroads, me wanting to help you, you needing to have your vehicle transported. I tried to make you happy doing it this way but now I am saddened because I read you are unhappy. To let you know I will NOT use that Carrier again since you are telling me their communication was poor. As for the 14th I was out of the office for personal issues that day but did call you on the 15th very sorry you feel this way. Please feel free to use anyone else in the office next time. Again sorry for the bad experience.
