The driver was to pick up the car on a specific day, working around my day off. Instead, to my delight, he came on a Sunday (also my day off). He showed me all the dings on the car so I would not think they had been acquired in transport.
Getting the car to its final destination was a bit tricky because of the roads in the town where the car was to be delivered. The driver arranged for my daughter to meet him in a large town, close by. He kept her informed every step of the way so she knew when to meet him.
He and his staff were professional, friendly, and prompt. He even delivered the car three days ahead of the possible delivery time.
I would definitely use this company and this driver again. I heard horror stories about using brokers but my experience was 100 percent positive.
