It took a few days longer than expected to find a trucker to transport our car, and some of the commitments to call back were missed. On the plus side, we booked the order on a Friday night and were pleasantly surprised to receive an initial phone call on Saturday morning. Overall the service was polite and professional, and we were very pleased with the trucking company that was ultimately assigned.
