Much like the reviewer above, Affirmative Auto Transport damaged my car in shipment, then attempted cover it up. Car was two days late while they put a replacement bumper and painted it. Found evidence of overspray, non-functioning Forward Collison Warning sensor that was not discovered until we tried to repair the sensor and found the bumper had been replaced, damage to underside of car, shoddy paint with orange peel and debris in paint. Told me the delay was caused by the 'truck breaking down' but have not offered any proof (repair bill, etc)
Complained to Affirmative and they simply lied, telling me the car was loaded down the street because there were 'low-hanging' trees. What does that have to do with anything? BS! It was a 5 year old neighborhood with new immature trees, impossible! So there you have it, more lies.
