MY HUSBAND IS MILITARY & JUST GOT DEPLOYED I WAS COMING BACK TO MY HOME STATE.THEY SAIID THEY WOULD BE HERE A CERTAIN DATE WASNT I CALLED GOT THE RUN AROUND.THEN SAID THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN WHEN I FINALLY SPOKE TO ANDY HE SAID THE DRIVER DIDNT WANT TO COME TO TEXAS CAUSE OF THE SWINE FLU.HELLO IF YOU COULDNT GET A DRIVER LET ME KNOW SO I CAN GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.SO THEY CHARGED ME A $200 NO REFUNDABLE JUST TO COME TO TEXAS.THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT.JUST TROUBLE WITH THIS COMPANY THE ANDY GUY IS A JERK!!!! THE QOUTE SAID $525 NOW ITS $913 I WAS ASKING WHY HE SAID READ THE CONTRACT.ALL I WANTED TO KNOW IS WHERE THE EXTRA $313 DOLLARS CAME FROM SO I HUNG UP ON HIM HE WOULDNT LET ME TALK TOLD ME TO BE QUITE.THEN HE CALLED BACK ASKING IF I HUNG UP I SAID HELL YEA I DID IM THE CUSTOMER YOU WERENT LISTENING SO THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME! REALL NICE JERK.NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH AUTO SHIPPERS UNTIL THIS JERK N LYING COMPANY!NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN.
