Awful, rude, not forth coming--I called for a price, I was quoted $600 so I agreed. Got a phone call and they said it was another $48 for tax, we argued that he told me that the $600 was the complete priceand no hidden charges but to no avail ...... but I agreed to the new price.... when the driver shows up to pick up my car, he tells me that he wants another $150 for a fuel surcharge... It was all in the 'fine print' Check out their website where it says in bold letters--NO HIDDEN COSTS AND LOW BALLING. Their answers were always the same "I've got 5,000 cars to be moved out of Florida so do what you want. When I told him I would give him a bad review he said he didn't care. Stay away from these slick guys.
