Radio controll panel was placed in the trunk of car during tranport and when car arrived at the delivery location a red indecator ( red flag ) was hanging out of the trunk and the radio contoll panel was missing from the trunk. Asked transport person if the radio panel was removed he said did not see it and was not in the trunk but the flag could only be installed in the trunk by opening it . Radio base was still in the car.
