David,
We called you two months prior to your scheduled pick up to let you know we fired one of our employee's for failing to quote based upon the increase of vehicles being shipped up North during the months of March, April, and May. I also explained in detail that there was no way your vehicle could move for the quoted price and gave you two months to find another carrier. After three days of your order being canceled you called us back and said you had 750.00 to move your vehicle. I explained again that this order was going to take at least 900.00 to move to your location in Mass. You asked me to post the order and try and find you a carrier for that price. When your order was not picked up you called and expressed your dismay and then said you would be driving the vehicle back.
It is completely unfair for you to make these false statements. We never promised or guaranteed anything for the price you requested. We promised that we would try and find you a carrier for your demanded price. Had you gone with the price we quoted the after letting you out of your contract your vehicle would have been transported on time.
