Worst company ever, DO NOT USE!!

I received a quote from Ace Transporters to ship a car that I had purchased, the shipment was to be picked up in Wisconsin and Shipped to Nevada. Their quote was $700 with a $200 deposit ($500 to be paid when driver delivered car) when I reviewed and signed paperwork. Car was scheduled to be picked up on 12/23/2013 (Monday) and delivered on 12/28/2013 (Saturday). The day of the 23rd came and the seller who lives in Wisconsin took the day off of work to assist the driver and make sure everything went smooth on pickup.. Well the 23rd had come and gone, and the car still sat in the same place in Wisconsin. Seller contacted me asking what was wrong I advised him I would contact the "broker" company. When I attempted to contact Renee who was the original broker who set up my deal he was unreachable.

After 2 days of trying to contact Renee on his extension I ended up calling dispatch and got a hold of Adam. I was told by Adam that he was the manager so I told him what my issue was, he started by telling me that he was going to take care of it and he would get my car shipped, this was Thursday the 26th. Adam stated "give me a couple of days and I will get in contact with you and get this sorted out", well it it now 12/21/2013 and I have not heard back from anyone at ACE Transporters. I have called Adam's extension, dispatch, and sales department with no luck. After I am done with this review I will be contact the BBB in FL where the company is based out of.

If you have read my review DO NOT let this "company" take your money or waste your time they do not live up to your expectations and will not keep their word as they should as a business who serves customers. ACE is the worst experience I have every had with any company, I took into consideration that the holidays landed in the middle of the week but for not one person let alone the manager (Adam) to call me back and let me know they are or are not working on a service that I paid for is absurd and the worst business practice. Last warning STAY AWAY go to a more reputable company even if it costs you a little more. Consider yourself warned!!
