Nichole Hilton of Hilton Auto Transport was the broker who chose Ace Auto Trans for the job of transporting my parents' minivan from San Diego to Connecticut. Ace was prompt in calling before pick-up and before delivery, and was very careful and honest in dealing with the vehicle. While we expected the transfer to take nine or ten days, they actually made delivery in five days! There was a slight language barrier when the driver called my mother the day before the drop-off, but Nichole was quick to arrange a clarifying call from Ace's dispatcher which confirmed the information my mother thought she heard from the driver. My mother said the driver was extremely nice and was careful in expertly getting the minivan off the large truck- she was most impressed with his skill, professionalism, and friendly manner!

I am extremely happy with the service of both Hilton Auto Transport and Ace Auto Trans, especially after reading about some of the horror stories that people have experienced with some of the less-than-professional providers out there. I was also very happy to have discovered transportreviews.com, which seems to have many legitimate reviews (unlike some of the obviously self-serving 'ratings' I came across elsewhere online) and was really helpful to me in deciding who to use as a broker.
