THE FIRST DRIVER WAS TOTALLY OBNOXIOUS-WANTING TO DRIVE MY CAR TO HIS TRUCK-1/2 HR AWAY!!!! TRACY SPOKE TO HIM AND IMMEDIATELY RELEASED HIM FROM TRANSPORTING MY CAR. SINCE HIS DRIVING MY CAR WASNT UNDER ACE'S TERMS/CONDITIONS, I WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE OF HER STANDING TOUGH. A REPLACEMENT WAS FOUND WITHIN 6HRS LATER AND MY CAR WAS ON THE ROAD.....THANXS SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH HEEEEEEEEEEE-HAWWWWWWWWWWWWW
