Incompetent and unreliable - do not use!

When my broker and I arranged with them on 8/25 to have my car picked up on 8/26, they gave me the name and cell # of the driver to call in the AM on 8/26 to arrange a time and place for the pickup. I called the driver repeatedly that morning but didn't get an answer. So I tried calling Abraham's office, but could not get a live person - worked my way through their complete phone tree and no one answered and every single person's voicemail box was full! In the afternoon I finally reached the driver - who said he had no instructions to pick up my car and was nowhere near me and was not going to pick up the car. So called my broker who managed to track down Caesar at Abraham. Caesar was very apologetic and promised to set it right and get my car picked up on 8/27. Frank from Abraham calls me later on 8/26, gives me the name and cell # of the new driver, and says pick up will be 8/27 evening. Today I call the new driver and he says no, he is not picking up from me today!!! Says maybe he can do 8/28 AM - I am to call him back tonight to confirm. So I get back on the phone with my broker and he calls Abraham. Not sure which person he reached there, but the guy started yelling at my broker instead of acknowledging they had screwed up again and trying to get it fixed. So we cancelled the order and will find someone competent to do the job.
Save yourself the aggravation and don't even think of using these guys.
