I would like to thank Above the Rest Auto Transport, and Josh Dunbar, who really stepped up and saved me from any more frustration.After many hours of research, I originally picked Suncoast Auto Transport to move my Son's Pickup,from Maryland to Fort Lewis Washington,where my Son is Stationed. After waiting 23 days,and adding to the cash pot several times,I finally gave up and called Josh,at Above The Rest.I explained my experience with the other company,and told him I just wanted some ACTION and not just Lip service. I called Josh on Friday, 06/03/2011 and he said he would get right on it. Josh called later that day with a Drivers offer, but I turned it down as it did not suit my timeframe,after all the time wasted with Suncoast. Josh said no problem and that he would keep calling and get a Driver for me. Then on Monday,06/06/2011,Josh called early in the morning to tell me he had a Driver who would pickup my Vehicle on Wed,06/08/2011,and deliver it across country to Washington State,on Monday,06/13/2011.Josh also gave my Son a Military Discount off of his Deposit amount. I then Recieved a call,Tuesday Morning,06/07/2011 from Alex: the Driver from Global Express LLC, The company Josh contracted my transport with. Alex said if I wanted he could pickup my Son's Truck later that afternoon,and Deliver it on Monday 06/13/2011.Of course I said yes and found Alex to be very professional and courteous. My Son called today,Monday 06/13/2011, at 1:20 in the Afternoon,and was unloading his Truck, exactly as promised. Then he told me Alex Knocked off 30.00 from his agreed upon fee because my Son is in the Army.What a Patriot he is.
