Bruce made me feel comfortable with my decision to ship my car. He was upfront about the fact that he was a broker, and how that worked. He was able to schedule the shipment on my preferred date. When the driver was slightly uncommunicative about the pick up time, Bruce was able to step in and get a hold of the dispatcher to get me a timeline for pickup. No hidden costs, paid what I was quoted. Would use again!
