Bruce was one of the first brokers I spoke with when I started to investigate how to get my car shipped from TX to NY. After talking to god knows how many brokers and working thru the FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt - sales tactics) that most - not all but most - of the other brokers threw at me, I went back to Bruce. Why? Straight talk, no sales tactics, told me exactly what he would do, and explained to me the broker/transporter relationship. Oh, and his price was REASONABLE. Not the cheapest, you don't want that. But much lower that most of the other guys out there. And then there was the experience. After the car was booked, I had to postpone on my end - NOT A PROBLEM. He took care of the delay and when I was ready, the car was picked up the next day. Car arrived very dirty, but in good shape. I only had 2 very minor issues and they were part of the transport, not the broker 1 - inside of the car got dirty by the driver moving the vehicle, would have been nice for them to spend $0.50 for cheap paper floor mats or something like some mechanics do 2 - car arrived unannounced. I thought I was supposed to get 24 hour notice, but it worked out and all in all was very happy with the transport company. Again, small issues - inconveniences really.
I would recommend and use ATR agian!
