Scam, money never returned.

Took my deposit and balance in advance of pick up date. Did not pick up as scheduled on 2/14/13, claimed backed up due to storm. Failed to pick up each day after, 4 days up to now, and waiting. No returned calls. No answer. Told that a $250 administration fee would be charged if I cancelled. Have to get another company. $595 lost due to no response or refund. Finally car picked up, 5 days late. Called by driver two hours for delivery and was told that $750 was due when car is dropped off. I told the driver that I already paid $645. Driver says that he was told to collect $750 in cash when delivered. Called Tom and was told to pay the $750 and he would deposit the same into my bank account. The driver is holding my car until I come up with $600. It seems that now I will be out of $1195 to get my car back. Had to drive from Ocala, Fl. To Hudson, Fl. To pick up my car being held by the driver, if he delivered the car to me it would cost another $200 on 2/28/13. Had to get AAA to tow the car to my home in Ocala, Fl. Spoke to Tom and was told to fax my pick up receipt and that he would deposit the $600 back into my account. Did the same. As of today, 3/3/13, refund not returned. The transport company also goes by other names, I am aware of: A.U.S.A. Logistics and About Logistics. Never got my money back. Total scam!
