Overall it started off as a pleasant experience UNTIL there was a problem. I shipped the car to California and it arrived with minor damage. The receiver at the destination followed ALL the procedures for a claim only to have the actual shipper deny all responsibility. Upon contacting Able Auto Transport, they are simply shrugging their shoulders and 'passing the buck' onto the shipper who will no longer answer calls any calls. If this is indeed outside of Able Auto's control, they need to find better shippers. Now I'm out the shipping charges as that just about covers the repair bill on the car I sold. Never again.
