First, because of the poor service and how "Not"Able Auto dropped the ball I ended up cancelling my order and went with a different carrier.
They projected 1-5 days for a carrier to be found. They finally found a truck after 7 days. The carrier had good communication on my end, but wasn't able to connect with the pick-up person well. It turns out Able Auto Transport gave the carrier the wrong city for pickup. The driver never showed up (because he was in the wrong side of the state) and finally gave up on the order. I was of course upset at Able for giving the wrong information to the carrier. They said they'd put me on top proirity to find a new carrier. Well I gave them a week and it still hadn't been assigned. So I cancelled and went with someone else.
On the plus side they said they would refund my deposit in full tomorrow.
