Absolutely horrible

I had used brokers to ship cars in the past, but this was the last time. They gave me a pretty low quote-- 945 bucks, which I was pleased about. But then weeks and weeks passed, and they *never* called. I kept following up, and they kept telling me to wait a couple more week. They quoted me too low a price, I guess, and coudln't find a carrier (it was the summer busy season). Rather than just tell me that they screwed up, they just let me wait and wait and wait. After a couple miserable months of waiting, I gave up and called a carrier directly, who charged me a bit more but provided a pickup the NEXT DAY.

DO NOT USE THEM. They did not even apologize for their delays. A totally classless organization. As an attorney, I was tempted to bring a cause of action against them, but decided to not even deal with that headache. Feel free to contact me personally to discuss their unprofessional behavior.

Andy is right. We did everything we could to move this vehicle, but for whatever reason, it wouldn't go. We even went as far as adding our own money on this to try and get a truck to take it faster, but it never happened. We are truly sorry for the way this order was handled and we only wish we could have moved it fast enough for Andy. We move over 10,000 vehicles a year and the average pick up time for one is 1-5 days.
