We put in for pickup 2-3 weeks prior to delivery requested date. Five days within requested date they were unable to commit to a pickup date. They claim they are unable to guaranteed pickup date. They gave us all sort of reasons why they are unable to give us a date for pickup.

We were lucky to find another company that were able to commit to pickup date when we call and two days of request delivery date. Of course, due to Able company playing lies games with us, I now have to stay back a few days while my wife fly ahead.

This is a terrible... think twice about this comopany
