Shipped two cars VW CC arrived in decent shape on pretty much. It was filthy but it travelled a long way so it was expected. Tools were stolen from back of car the ones that came with the car. Driver barely spoke English could never understand what he said had to get the dispatcher to translate.
Had brand new Ford F150 this was a nightmare. I drove 30 miles and waited at pick up site for 5 hours being after told he was on the way. I was then told he didn't want to deliver in the dark. So would deliver in the morning. Next morning excuse was hydraulics frozen and can't get car off, he went to get fixed told he would be there in afternoon, called several times and no answer. This went on for about a week and I couldn't meet them so my brother did. Almost believe he was delaying it so he could drop the car off when no one was there. I showed up later and there was about 3k of damage. front rim trashed, dent and scratch all the way down the side, no gas after I left a 1/4 tank, and brake pedal pad was off. Looked like someone went 4 wheeling and two tires were almost flat.
I am looking to ship another car and will use another company. Please be careful. These drivers will use your car. Write down the mileage and have them write it down on the pickup slip. My advice do not go with the cheapest bid.
