Couldn't find carrier

I contacted Able Auto Transport in the middle of September to move my late husband's truck to California to my son. I received an e-mail after a week stating that they were still trying to find a carrier. I contacted them and asked them why it was taking so long and they said it was because it was a truck, and where it was going (Redding). So I changed the destination to Sacremento, as I figured it was a large city right on Hwy 80, and would be easier to find a carrier. After 2 more weeks of no contact from them, unless I called them, and then they would tell me that they were still looking for a carrier, I cancelled the order as they couldn't find a carrier. I thought that giving them 3 weeks to find a carrier was sufficient time, and my son was anxious to get the truck as he had no vehicle in California. After I cancelled the order I contacted another carrier and they found a driver in 3 hours and it left within 2 days and the price was only $150 more.
