I wish I had read the previous reviews about Abby Auto. I had to initiate most of the calls and they do not call back to update you of the status. All in all, they are unreliable. They keep making speculative excuses for why the driver did not show up. Finally, after I canceled the contract, the carrier kept calling me to ask to pick up my car. I would never use them again.
